Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We may ship your purchased item later than 3 days only if we are in a remote area at the time and do not receive your order until we get within Internet reach.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will have a chance to pick a courier of your preference.
If a courier does not deliver in your area, please send us an email and we try our best to find an alternative.

Local delivery
We offer customer pick up.
If you would like to pick up an item, please send us an email and we will schedule a pick-up date with you. Please email to [email protected]
Deliveries are made by local couriers on weekdays only. You will be contacted via text message with the phone number you provided or your email at checkout to notify you on the day of the courier's arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2A Chuter Avenue, Monterey NSW 2217 where your product will be available. Please note, Personal pick up is only by appointment.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Please provide your address on checkout if your country is available for our delivery to you.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Planting Organics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
